This place is wonderful. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I was upgraded to a villa with private pool which was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the center and within easy reach of everything, while still being tucked away enough to feel peaceful and protected from the noise and chaos of the streets. The room was always clean and very nice. The service was incredible from the very first minute. We arrived at the hotel feeling unwell (Bali belly) and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. The room service was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant, which was especially convenient while we were not feeling our best. We also loved the flexibility of the breakfast service: you can order breakfast at any time of the day, which is incredibly convenient and gives you much more freedom when planning your days. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. A truly wonderful experience.

Great overall experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.

The first room had a noticeable mold smell. The team changed my room after I reported it, which I appreciated, but ideally this room shouldn’t have been assigned in the first place when better rooms were available.
