Great location, great staff and great facilities. Was a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, they should be proud. Definitely coming back.

A hotel can't be more centrally located than this hotel. The down town pedestrian area starts just around the corner. The train station is a few minutes walking distance. A well provided supermarker can be found across the square. Two gyms at less than 10 minutes walking distance. A rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and a clothing optional policy. Spacious rooms with a huge refrigerator. Proper air conditioning and a small balcony. Comfortable beds.

The check-in process being an online process. I don't trust online check-ins when it comes to personal data protection. The coloured lights in the corridors are horrible on some floors. The hotel is almost unreachable by car, even to drop your luggage and the staff even doesn't know how you can get there by car. Parking your car anywhere near the hotel is a challenge, but free and, seemingly, safe. The acclaimed 'gym' doesn't deserve such a qualification. Three machines, a bench and 20 dumbbells in such a steep range they won't serve most people, all packed together in a small, well airconditioned, room.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station and very convenient to the center of Torremolinos. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast served on the rooftop each morning.

The property is definitely in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. We experienced several plumbing problems, including a leaking sink, water leaking from the shower onto the floor, and a leaking toilet. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and made every effort to address the problems. More concerning, we found small bugs in the bed when we first checked in. We reported it immediately, and the staff moved us to another room. They handled the situation appropriately, but unfortunately it was not a good start to our stay.
