Comfy beds and central location. Plenty of space for seven people.
No kitchen towels. Things were a little derelict, such as towel bars falling off the wall, but we used to live there and that’s par for the course in NOLA.

Lots of room, easy to access, close to the tram, great breweries in the area. Value for money
Was a bit too far from the main action, would stay closer to Bourbon St next time, but would not have been able to get such a large place. One of the beds squeaked everytime someone moved and actually kept us awake. There were neighbours who came home late and then partied into the small hours which was very annoying on 2 of the nights.

The property was close to downtown.
The bed was not comfortable. There was not a tv in every room, and one of the remotes didn't work. One of the toilets got stopped up. I did not like the fact that check out was at 10 AM. I like to sleep in a little later on my last day to prepare me for the drive home. It is ridiculous to have to pay for a full nights stay plus 100 dollars for each additional hour that you stay over the checkout time. If you have to pay 200 for a clean-up fee, then you shouldn't be required to take out the trash.
