The location was perfect for accessing the city.
The property was very clean. The apartment was spacious for us with plenty of cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom too.
The fact that the power was off necessitating resetting the cooker. There was a TV but with no terrestrial or digital channels available - we used our own Netflix login.
The sink in the bathroom was far too shallow and there was no shelving for toiletries or places for clothing.
Also, the tap and waste plug unit were terribly corroded. They definitely need changing.
Please provide a cafetiere and teapot. Also, there were no cleaning clothes or liquids and we had to purchase these!

It's in a wonderful location. You can easily visit the Roman Baths, come back to rest, and head out to the town again. The room is also very spacious.
Essential kitchen and bathroom items were missing when we arrived. We had to contact the manager immediately upon arrival, only to have them delivered two days later. It was a hassle.
