Close to the airport and shops. Staff helpful and spoke good English. Free airport shuttle

Breakfast was good. Arrived exhausted after a long flight and got a good sleep.
The location is quite noisy next to the runway and highway/train and closing the windows didn't really help
6 / 10Moyenne·déc. 2025
Near the airport, lovely and professional staff, fair space in the room and comfortable mattresses, strong shower pressure.
We got a very noisy room, we could hear people outside in the street, and it was not particularly clean (bedding was stained and my white socks bottoms were quite dirty after a few minutes walking in the room)
information on parking was misleading, they should make it clear it was charged extra so people can factor the cost before booking, as there are many option in the neighborhood.
Not great wi-fi also, what is surprising nowadays in Sao Paulo.
