Everything! One of my best and most memorable hotel experiences ever!
Nada!

This is a Love Hotel - this means no reception, and once you're in your room you are locked in until you pay with the machine in the room. Not for the prudish or those with kids (unless you want to have to explain the 'toys' aren't that sort of toy), for open-minded adults it's a laugh, but it doesn't work like a standard hotel.
It wasn't at all clear this was not a standard hotel with reception etc. We have no problems with Love Hotels, but they work differently (especially this one).
