There are plenty of bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms and the property’s location was perfect.

Perfect location just down the street from Tie & Timber and other little cafes and restaurants. We could walk to so many things. There were 12 of us staying at the home and it was a great size for all of us. Did not feel crowded at all. We had use of the garage, which was great. The kitchen had all the necessities. The host was very responsive. I think the only thing that we thought could be better was the Wi-Fi when trying to connect to the TV. It was a little difficult trying to watch the World Cup while streaming on the TV. Other than that, it was a great time!

It was a great place for our family to stay while visiting family in the area.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights. While the location and overall layout worked well for our trip, there were several cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues that affected our stay.The house was not as clean as expected upon arrival. We noticed cobwebs in multiple areas, trimmed beard hairs on the bathroom sink and cabinet door, and hairs on the bathroom and shower walls.Several maintenance items also need attention. The front door did not latch securely, a few light bulbs throughout the house needed replacement, and the stair railing was loose. The floors were very squeaky, and there were a couple of areas where the flooring had uneven transitions that could easily become a tripping hazard. These areas should be repaired or clearly marked, especially for elderly guests.The mattress in the upstairs bedroom with the attached bathroom was quite worn out and uncomfortable. The dining room chairs were also uncomfortable for extended seating. Additionally, the motion-sensor lights in the bathroom were more annoying than helpful, frequently turning on and off at inconvenient times.Overall, the property has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.
