Andrew was tremendously helpful in the lead up to and during our stay with recommendations and answers to our questions. The house was in a perfect location to walk to Peddlers Village, Alys and Rosemary Beaches, not to mention being within one hundred yards from the pool, which we used daily. The house had great living and common space for our family of 10, and we found the rooms to be perfectly situated to keep kids and parents accommodated. Kitchen and grille worked for all of our cooking needs. Would love to rent again and highly recommend.

Lovely location which was close to the pool and close to the tram pickup- it was easy to get where we were going. Weather was perfect and everyone had ample space to rest and relax. Would def stay here again!!

Perfect property for our family of 13! The property, community, and beaches were amazing, we enjoyed our time immensely!!

The house is located in a great area to walk everywhere. We didn’t need a car and rode bikes everywhere. The trolley stop by the house was very convenient to give us a ride to the beach. The owner was very nice and helpful with answering questions. She provided great ideas and promptly responded to our questions. Great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the beach. These were all our favorites about the home. Areas for improvement would be the cleaning company used to clean the house prior to our arrival. The house was not cleaned properly and it was very noticeable. I contacted the management company and they did apologize. The cleaning fee was refunded. We would have preferred for the home to be fully cleaned when we arrived rather than dealing with this inconvenience. The other area for improvement is the wear and tear of the home. We dealt with broken items around the house. The kitchen items need to be organized as they were stored all over the place. The home needs a bit of updating and organizing. We would have appreciated a cabinet with cleaning supplies. Overall there is nothing better than spending a week at a beach home and Seacrest Beach and surrounding areas are very nice! This home is located in a great place!
