The apartment was pristine. It was in the perfect neighborhood. It was secure and the amenities and the host were exceptional.
The only annoying thing (just because I didn’t know ahead of time) was that you had to have a swim cap for the spa facilities…so it just took me a while to get one. But just annoying because I just wanted to use it right away.

We stayed in a different property hosted byt the same host.
Everything was great.
Very clean and stylish apartment.
Excellent communication.
Great location.
It would have been helpful to have an extra set of towels for the pool but other than this everything was perfect!

Good location for a business trip. Good price. The apartment is well equipped. The host is very kind and responsive.
The place could have been cleaned better. I needed to ask the host to send the cleaning person again to clean and put fresh towels and linens which did not feel fresh on arrival. Using the facilities (pool, sauna, business center) is overly complicated because an individual reservation is needed for each individual facility (pool, sauna, hydro) and only the host has access to the reservation platform. Street noise is a problem, but that is expected in a big city.
