Price is great. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful with use of a translator.
Head board not attached to the bed so every time you move, it slams against the wall. This can be easily fixed and should be. The shared bathroom knob is broken, so it has one temperature option and it's not warm.

L’emplacement, la tranquillité la nuit, la petite terrase avec vu sur les volcans, la taille humaine de l’hotel, la propreté, la possibilite de garder les valises, reservation de shuttles et excursions. Le personnel discret et à l’écoute.
Manque une cuisine commune et les chambres ne sont pas très lumineuses

The place was clean and the location was great!
Our bedroom was very small and faced the hallway, which means no privacy (people walking past all the time) and most importantly, no fresh air. Even with the fan, it got somewhat unbearable in there! We did not feel comfortable in the room and would not want to stay there again.
Staff wasn’t great - the place is run by some young men that seem to know about nothing and do not proactively share any information. E.g. they could not tell me anything about the Acatenango hike that is advertised on the reception wall.
