The location is fantastic and the accommodation is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The upstairs lounge is light and lovely and we enjoyed the little conservatory a lot.
The dining facilities were poor. Inadequate table and chairs in the kitchen; table and chairs on another room down the corridor in a very gloomy room. Would be nice to take the carpet up in that room and dedicate it to being a dining area.
Some of the beds were too soft. I think the house was perhaps in transition of being updated and the bits that we thought had been updated were lovely. No problem with old furniture, but the property needed some cheering up in some parts.

The standard of the property was excellent along with a fantastic location.
The key box has recently been repainted and this has made it almost unusable, we were unable to open it upon arrival and had to contact the out of hours team. We did manage to pry it open with the use of a screwdriver after a short time. I would suggest that the key box be replaced to avoid this in the future

The location was excellent and right on the beach. Easy walking distance to the town centre. Street parking at the property was free and available. Beds were comfortable. The ensuite in master bedroom was great. The kitchen was lmodern, large and well equipped.
The upstairs living room was a comfy area for us all to gather and the TV had a big selection of channels.
The upstairs toilet and shower room is functional but tight. Easy though to use the downstairs ensuite to save queuing.
The front door lock should be upgraded as the key on one occasion had to be manipulated for a minute or two to get it to open.
The key lock box worked fine on our arrival but it was awkward to put the key inside it when we were leaving. Probably can put a smaller tag on the key to help it fit inside and close the cover plate.
