Friendly staff and cleanliness were if high standard.
Choice of pillow firmness was great. The value of purchase price was very good. Having Rosanna Bistro on site super convenient.
Noise. The outside noise and hotel noise was irritating. Really looking forward to a quiet space for an evening but between street activity of cars and crowds plus a function this was not achieved. I hoped for a more modern building noise control would have been better.
No water in fridge. Grateful for complimentary tea and coffee but having a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be welcomed.

Loved the location and the bar
The breakfast was disappointing. Milk jugs sitting in melted ice. Which when you pick up jugs they drip everywhere. I told the staff member but she didn't understand me.
We thought the breakfast was incredibly expensive @$38
