It’s easily accessible you don’t have to go through reception every time you’re out
Apartments could supply items such as a dustpan and brush and mop, if you dropped a glass etc, there wasn’t anything to clean it up with ( I didn’t actually do this!) but could have been useful

Good value for money, basic but comfortable room. Clean and tidy with regular maid service. Garden well maintained. Breakfast and evening meals offered good variety. Pool was quiet with plenty of sun loungers. Close to small shopping centre with supermarket and some restaurants, Matagorda is a short walk for more bars and shops. Huge beach is over the road.
Roof terrace offers great views but doesn’t offer any protection from the wind or any shade from the sun

Location was great, just at a large beach area and a quieter area of PDC. Varied tasty hot and cold breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at reception, They booked our trip to the Volcano. Apartment was very clean and spacious and a great patio for sunbathing and the sea view I requested.
pity the pool was cold in April but we knew this in advance.
