Charming staff, comfy beds, clean and a great location.
We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast
Our rooms were not huge, as we had twin beds and they were quite close together. This was the only drawback but not really an issue

Location and excellent service at the desk
The coloured walls upstairs are not the right vibe. Need to tone down to pastel or white. It should be so much nicer to match the vibe of the lobby which is lovely.

Location was excellent. Grateful for the bottle of prosecco. Responded to requests for Taxis well.
We were very underwhelmed with this hotel. We asked at least a month in advance for help with a dinner reservation (and reminded them once). When we arrived they knew nothing about it and when they tried, lamely said they forgot to tell us they couldn't get it. The room was tiny for over 500E and the furnishings looked like upscale Ikea (open metal closets), we had to ask twice for our safe to be fixed (and it was therefore unusable). We asked for a box breakfast because of an early Vatican tour and they threw some stale cracker packages and a banana in a bag. Overall very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
