Breakfast was average (Bacon was scary), the rest was excellent, the biggest surprise was the room more 4 Star than 3.
Dinner was at Connexions really good.
Spa looks a little tired.

The room was extremely far for two elderly people in their 80's. The staff were ignoring my grandparents as they tried to check in at 2PM as specified, when mentioning the time crunch that they had and the urgency needed to get into the room, as they were needed at Oakfield Farms by 2:45 at the latest. I was appalled to hear the staff were ignoring them and then to later find out their room was so far that my grandmother had an asthma attack on her way back to the room.
We will NEVER use this hotel again due to the poor service my grandparents received on my sister's wedding day.
