A fantastic hotel, team members very helpful, knowledgeable and service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. A professional run hotel and the team seemed to enjoy their work. A great location

nothing that stood out really, one member of staff at breakfast was particularly pleasant.
There was two issues with my room that I reported on departure, I wasnt angling for anything. The receptionist made a song and dance about why I didnt report them (the black out curtain hanging off the rail and the bath failing to drain). I shouldn't need to report things like that in a 5 star hotel, I wasn't there to snag the room ffs. House keeping visited the room daily why didn't they report it and ensure it was rectified.
Overall it felt like a posh old peoples home
