We selected this location since we wanted to be close to both the SMN train station and for the city center - and it was a perfect choice. The room was small, but it had everything we needed for two days stay, and in Florence you don't stay in the room a lot! Free coffee/tea stand in the corridor was very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out to enjoy more time in the beautiful Firenze. Communication with the hosts via Whatsapp was easy, although it was a bit tricky to find the address.

Early in the morning, at about 6:30, a very narrow street under our windows was full of noises: cleaning machines, trucks bringing supplies for the nearby restaurant etc. But the room has an air conditioning, so if you close the window - it is quite again.

Beautiful room and an awesome location close to everything we needed.

There’s really nothing to fault this accommodation however the room size was quite small for a seven day stay. Generally people only stay 3 to 4 days and have less luggage but as we are on a seven week European holiday we had quite a bit of luggage so space in the room was Paramount. This is not a fault of the hotel, but it is good to know exactly what you were getting.

Property was clean , and i had private bathroom

Too small for what they charge , too noisy for the lack of insulation and it looks trashy at the hallway
