The cleaning and pool maintenance was first class, the holiday was great we have been to the villa before so we knew our way around

The property was great and the location amazing. We used the pool every day and there were lots of beautiful beaches to visit as well as the towns of Assos and Fiskardo. There were 5 people in our group but the extra bed provided was completely unsuitable for an adult which resulted in my 20 year old son having to sleep on a couch with was too short for him. The mattresses on the beds were also very hard and uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on them. All these things would be easily sorted with a bit of investment.

This is exactly what we wanted! The villa is very nice and well equipped with anything you could need.

This property gets a 50/50. Things abt it were GREAT: 1. The location! (we loved being in the northern part of island, near Fiskardo, w/out crowds); & 2. Private pool! (amazing). BUT, there are negatives: The owners do not supply shampoo or body soap for showers (or conditioner-a nice to have). And if you run outta toilet tissue, you are told to go buy it yourself. We found this crazy(!) & such an easy/simple/inexpensive/expected amenity for a villa of this caliber! Also, the pots/pans are stored under smelly kitchen sink (yuck!)-smells moldy, if you can find them. We looked in every cabinet until we finally told mgmt company they were not present. Their response: they would "open at ticket", so we went searching again, & found them where we didn't expect them. You never communicate w/ owners, only w/ mgmt company, who continue to answer "the owners this ... the owners that ... ". The pymt process is bit confusing, as you don't pay on VRBO - challenging to figure out initially. While mgmt co is kind, the responses to our requests were disappointing! If you want to eat out every meal, never plan to cook @ villa, & travel to Greece from USA w/ amenities that every other nice villa provides, stay here. If not, don't. Just good to set correct expectations b4 you choose this villa. One other thing: This villa is not in Fiskardo! It's in Vasilikades. Not a negative, but hard to find & good to know ahead of time!!
