We asked for earlier check-in and this we got without any problems, staff on front desk were happy to see us as well as attend all our needs with helping with local transport services

Location was very close to the coast, room was large and comfortable, lots of facilities available, staff courteous and friendly.
There was a snorer in the next room.
The sitting room although not unavailable after midnight was being cleaned and tidied which gave the impression it was closing.

I liked the spa faculties the massage was amazing
The room we stayed in had mould on bathroom floor we also had balcony which was broken and felt like it would cave in when ye stood on it the decking on balcony was not screwed in and was safety hazard also both times I’ve stayed here I’ve been woken by construction works also had to send food back in restaurant as had asked for my steak well done and got it the opposite
