The location near in our activities venue and easy to find,the staff very helpful and accommodating,The room was spacious and clean,all we need is there,Highly recommended to our friends,
One thing about i feel disappointed,we order room serve and they said it’s not available on the time,it was 8:00 pm,we decided to go down to eat out dinner ,lastly the girl in the bar was mistaken serve us a 2 glasses of beer,I only order 1 glass and I said t her that I can return the 1 glass coz I didn’t drink ,but she says that she already prepare and I already pag for it,so I have no choice to drink the beer coz they did not refund for us.

The food and restaurant were very good
Room was too hot and when you opened the window there were loud air conditioning units outside.
There was a portable fan unit in the room but it just moved warm air around the room

Staff were all very helpful and friendly, food was lovely and great value, only a 20 minute drive from st james hospital even do traffic was very busy. Waitress in the bar in the evening was very busy, but she still stood and told us about specials and was very attentive
Only tiny detail is bathroom was a bit dated, but it would most definitely not put me off staying again

Location and comfortable bed
Slow staff in restaurant, no knowledge of wine’s available. Long wait for food even though there were very few customers. No fridge in room. Very little on offer in room apart from 3 tea bags and some sugar packets.
