Great location, good breakfast, very helpful staff.
Room was tiny; bathroom was tiny. The bathroom had no ventilation so towels never get dry. The space is very cramped for two people.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Did not fail to respond once to our needs.
Lift to first floor room is very small so we tended to prefer to stairs, despite the slight inconvenience given our age.

We got the room upgrade and l was more than pleased having in mind the pregnancy condition. The room was spacious, the Staff was super kind and happy to accommodate all my requests.
The location is excellent.
There was a hiccup in booking and transferring the money but all good resolved thanks to Staff.

The receptionist was welcoming and polite.
The sink was leaking from the under pipe, the bed linen had hairs on it. Was not clean overall. Wouldn’t choose to stay again
