Really clean and modern. It had everything you needed from laundry facilities to gym and breakfast really set the standard to what all hotels should offer. Not one complaint about anything.

Location is fantastic for a concert in the Arena or to go shopping in Westfield Mall. I loved how well the air con in the room worked, the ease of checking in and out and the facilities in the room were really well thought out to facilitate the room size. Very comfy bed and pillows, complete blackout curtains and a lovely shower. Breakfast had a very generous offering and was delicious- lots of vegetarian AND gluten free options!

New furniture, nice lobby, friwndly people
Cleaning once per 4 days that means no clean towels, not even collecting the rubbish from bins in the rooms, also far from all modes of transport
