This would have been amazing if the home was professionally cleaned and the mold or animal urine smell taken care of alo

We loved the location near the beach. It was just a short bike ride away. We appreciated the number of rooms, beds and bathrooms.

Upon entering the home, the odor of pet urine and/or mold was unlike anything we’ve encountered from our many vacation rental experiences, especially on the third floor. Housekeeping was sent out and agreed we shouldn’t even open the bathroom door due to the mold smell and that we should keep the windows open upstairs with fans going in the summer heat! However, the property manager and owners never offered us any help until our last day. We had to move people onto couches and air mattresses because we just were so worried about the air quality upstairs. Some sort of help or compensation for losing two large bedrooms and a bathroom for the home we rented would have gone a long way. We shouldn’t have been reduced to two floors only of this home.

Very good

Location was great and the house was very spacious. Had a good time with my family.

Had problems with the elevator from the start. It was the main reason I chose the house. I had elderly family members present.

5 / 10

Overall our stay was just okay.

The view was great, and very close to the beach.

The elevator was a headache quite honestly, the gas tank for the grill was empty I would assume everything is left ready for guests to use. There was dirty clothing items left in the rooms. The beds were made but not clean; they were sandy and with stains.
