A truly Bavarian hotel with an interesting history in the middle of a lovely town. The room was comfortable and there's a restaurant (prior reservation necessary) attached to the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
I should have appreciated a kettle or coffee machine in the room. We were sent good instructions, but arriving after dark it was quite a challenge to find our way into the property to collect the key and then to find the underground parking. We parked on the street that night!

Close proximity to the airport and S-Bahn. Restaurant attached was nice.

Great location, great bar and restaraunt.
No kettle in the room, not the greatest breakfast

Location and staff. And of course the beer. Interesting history of property.
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!
It states on booking.com that rooms are air conditioned but they are not and hotel says never have been. I have raised this with booking.com. It was 35 degrees whilst we were there so was an issue. Room was good size. Bathroom dated but ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was poor as several items (bacon scrambled eggs fruit etc ) missing. I assume because hotel not busy so not worth putting out. Juice was coloured water. Mini bar was really mini.
