Always wonderful here! The air conditioner was appreciated during the heat wave too. Such kind caring hosts too.

This property was truly amazing! We were walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Roosevelt Arch and the entrance to Yellowstone was within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing…we even had a young bull elk stroll down the street in front of the unit. The inside of the unit was extremely clean and well kept! We will definitely recommend this property to others, and it will definitely be our place to stay for future trips!!

Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants, grocery, park entrance. Very clean and well stocked. Since we were on a 3 week motorcycle trip we really appreciated the in suite laundry facilities. Kitchen was well stocked with tools although we didn’t cook. Parking was convenient and level. Only downsides were the somewhat industrial view of the surrounding neighborhood and the utilitarian nature of the furnishings, but we were there to see the park and it worked great for us.

We go to Gardiner every year and have stayed in a handful of VRBO's. My overall rating was a 3 for that rate per night. At a cheaper price per night, I would give it a 4. Positives: -Amazing parking. -The unit is very open. -Modern appearance and appliances. -Comfy linens and towels. -The windows open up to a good cross breeze. (See corresponding negative below). -Super convenient area for restaurants and bars. -Appliances worked well. -Plenty of towels. Negatives: -The mattresses are TERRIBLE. -All of the hardware are cheap and, in some instances, falling off the wall (such as the towel holder in the bathroom). -Shower head was mounted about 2 feet too low. While I'm not considered tall, I found it difficult to wash my face and hair. -Not enough comfortable seating in the living room. The couch and chair could both use an ottoman. -The bathroom has very little storage for toiletries. -The vent over the stove isn't really effective for cooking. We do not recommend cooking anything with odor. We browned half a pound of ground beef and the unit smelled of it for a few days. -The area around the unit is extremely dusty and you cannot leave the windows open or you will get a lung full of dust! -Lastly, and most importantly, they didn't insulate between floors. It is exceptionally noisy on the 1st floor and we do not recommend a ground unit for light sleepers!!!
