Worth the stay. Loved the setup and facility. The parking was feasible. Only the tv wasn’t working. But other than that everything was lovely

“My parents had to wait for 2 hours before they were allowed to check in. A standard check-in time of 5 p.m. is already quite late, especially for guests who have travelled a long distance and had to check out early from their previous accommodation. However, having to wait until around 7 p.m. to finally check in was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This level of delay is disappointing and does not reflect good customer service.”
