Requested and was given a ground floor room. Everything about the room was good. Hotel is just a few minutes from the ocean beaches. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Location, price, view of the bay(sort of). Updated flooring and bathroom countertops
Typical motel room. Not bad, just what is. But it was clean and the staff were nice.

It was close to everything and the view the harbor out the window was a plus. The staff was very friendly.
That it didn’t have AC as advertised. They do offer a box fan which helped a lot, but didn’t know they had that until the last night. Could do some small repairs to the room but nothing major. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable the old spring style.
