Beautiful location and the condo was amazing

East facing location fine with nice morning view over the ocean but by 2:15pm the pool area is in shade and by 4 pm, not a glimmer of sun.
Realize the buildings orientation can’t be changed but miss mid to late afternoon sunshine.
Decor is dated and brown accents everywhere don’t give a feeling you’re in FL. Bathtub in ocean facing room way too high and unsafe to access.
Updating with walk in shower would be safer.
