Beautiful and comfortable house close to the sea.
Pulizia, disponibilità, accoglienza, fronte mare.

Amazing host! She was so lovely, great communication, gave us a welcoming gift basket full of biscuits and a Bellini, was able to give us a ride to the train station for free, which we really appreciated. Property is very pretty, clean, spacious for two people, peaceful and cosy, slept very well. Also perfect location: 1min walk (or even less) to the beach, 5min walk to the supermarket, 1min walk to gelato and bars, few minutes walk to great restaurants! We walked everywhere in Sant’Elia, everything is so close. No complaints:) made our holidays the best and worry-free.

First of all I should mention very nice people who run this place.
Then the location. It’s amazing! Not surprised that there are wedding photo shootings every evening.
The house is very cozy and has everything you might need. Big fridge - very nice for storing cool drinks for the hot Italian weather.
Fast internet connection (not the case in some places we stayed around the island).
Good local supermarket nearby and nice beach cocktail bar around the corner.
Except for the beach in 30 meters there is also a cliff jumping location at the bay in 100 meters.
Almost no foreigners, so hopefully the place won’t be spoiled anytime soon :)
The pros are so overwhelming that I can’t mention anything that we didn’t like.
