Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great family time. Weather did not always cooperate. Condo was very nice with plenty of room for our group of 11. White furniture shows its age. Really the only negative we had was dealing with security. With a group of 11 we had a lot of beach stuff so storing after day at beach was a chore. We avoided dragging the sandy stuff into the condo so we left it outside in the hall. After 3 days a security guy threatened to remove it if we didn't move it. Was not hurting anything. Few chairs, umbrellas and kid toys. Nobody staying by us on that end of the floor. We did see a wagon of beach stuff down the hall for the week. Never moved from that spot. We moved our stuff out into garage by the truck against garage wall out of the way. Son came out one morning and bozo guard was walking away with 2 boogie boards. Taking to lost and found he said. Son stopped him saying he was going to have a bigger problem on his hands if he continued. This complex does not make it easy to have beach equipment. OK place otherwise. Stay here again? Not sure.

Great property, great amenities for adults and children. We needed a few things initially but Jil delivered within hours! Impressive service. Our family of 8 adults and four children, ages 10 months to 11 years had a great time. The younger children loved the splash pad and lazy river and the older child loved the slide. Even when it was raining, which it did a lot during our week’s stay, we could swim indoors when it wasn’t lightning. All in all a great week for us.

The resort itself was fantastic! Booking was smooth - check in and out along with parking was easy. Clean hallways, fitness room, pool areas - outstanding. Lazy river was appreciated by everyone in our group. The views and amenities were top of the line. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. My only concern was the cleaning of our unit when we got there. There was a broken glass and chipped coffee pot. Ice maker needed to run a clean cycle. ( we did not have the access to do that) A pan was dirty. I know this is being picky, but that would have elevated our impression even more. We are already looking to next year - truly a GREAT place.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is not worth the money you are charging. There were small flies everwhere! The hole in the hallway floor was a nuisance and a trip hazard all week. The pocket door between the jack and a Jill bathroom didn’t hatch so privacy was impossible. We got a letter from security for leaving our beach wagon and chairs in the hall by the door which is absurd since then we had to bring everything into the condo which made the hallway even tougher to navigate again due to hole in the floor.
