The balcony and the view were incredible and it was in a great location

It was perfect - British plug sockets though, so be aware of that!

Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenschränke und Möbel auf dem Balkon sind sehr abgenutzt. Aber der Ausblick ist es wert. Das Apr. ist schwierig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das kann mit Gepäck herausfordernd sein. Der Weg in den Ort dauert 5 Minuten

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo. Posizione molto strategica con una bellissima vista sul porto e vicino al centro di Gaios con i suoi ristoranti, Supermarket e Rent scooter. Purtroppo il ns. condizionatore in camera di notte era molto rumoroso fin dal primo giorno: l'abbiamo fatto notare all'agenzia/proprietario ed il giorno seguente sono venuti a fare un sopralluogo con un tecnico che ci ha spiegato che ormai ci sarebbe stato da sostituire il Fan interno, ma essendo un modello un po' datato avrebbero dovuto cercare il pezzo di ricambio (cosa non facile nella settimana di ferragosto) e che ci sarebbero voluti alcuni giorni (in pratica non sarebbero riusciti a cambiarlo prima della nostra partenza). Comunque nel frattempo il tecnico ha fatto in modo ridurre almeno in parte il rumore permettendoci di riuscire in qualche modo a dormire per tutte le altri notti a seguire.

A parte il discorso del condizionatore rumoroso (che potrebbe essere stato anche un mancato avviso del malfunzionamento da parte del villaggiante precedente alla nostra permanenza), direi che il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole.

when a property is managed by an agency, guest care tends to be poor. Before setting off, I sent two messages to confirm the ferry times to Paxos but received no reply. Midway through my stay, I messaged again to ask about a late check-out; I was told to get back in touch the day before departure, which I did. Since I was leaving on a Sunday, I messaged on Saturday morning but didn't hear back until Sunday morning itself, when I was informed that a late check-out wasn't possible. Yet, they sent me no fewer than five messages trying to sell me a rental car (which I didn't take). The shower is low; if you are taller than 170 cm, you hit your head on the showerhead.
