We have made reservations for our 3rd summer at Michael's property! it is clean and well-maintained. We now have 4 generations staying at Emerald Oasis and it is ideal for all generations including the outdoor pool, ping pong and pool tables. We need to book a year in advance to get our choice of weeks. Michael is always available in case there are problems.....but there haven't been any!

The property has the best backyard we have ever seen. Fun things to do for everyone in the family. The only downside of the property is the beach is across the street but the private beach area where the chairs are up is actually a block or so down the beach. I will say we didn’t go to the beach every day since the backyard was so entertaining.

Our extended family included 4 married couples and 9 teenage grandkids. The bedrooms provided sufficiently for our group and the amenities (pool, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor seating, hot tub, TV's, parking, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and many plates and glasses) were found as expected. The widows watch bedroom window AC failed early in our stay, but the management installed a new unit right away on the following day. The management quickly responded to our requests very promptly via text. The location is less than a block from the beach access, exactly as we expected. There were several pieces of beach equipment available for us to use (wagon, 2 umbrellas, 4-5 beach chairs, several crab nets). We were surprised to find the public access to the beach is narrow, as the hotels and condos have exclusive access to the vast majority of the beautiful white beach until about 5pm. I don't recall this being mentioned in the property description. We were able to find enough room to fully enjoy the outstanding beach; however, this would likely be problematic on a major holiday weekend. There were a large variety of restaurants and shopping very nearby including a Walmart and several beach stores. A very nice shopping mall and movie theaters are extremely close, as well. A fine coffee shop is located one block away. All in all, we found the property to be "as advertised" making our very first stay in the area very enjoyable.

This was the best thought out vacation home that we have ever rented at any location! There were so many different game options that even when the weather was not so good everyone was entertained! Our group ranged from 4 years old up to 66 and everyone of us were very happy with the entire experience. We were also very impressed with all of the kitchen accessories, we never once said I wish I had a … when cooking. Thank you so much for everything! I hope we can visit there again soon.
