Pace 1954 Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. We had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location in Arco and the staff were superb, great value for money

The apartment itself is basic, with an average standard. On the plus side: excellent location by the Old Town, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff and secure bike storage. A shame, because we could recommend this place if guests were treated better when problems arise.

Our biggest disappointment was the way we were treated when a problem occurred. The fridge in our apartment was broken and, despite reporting it, it was not fixed for most of our stay. We were offered to store our food in the restaurant fridge and had to go to reception every time we needed something. There was little communication unless we asked ourselves, and action was only taken after we contacted Booking. On the last day of our stay, we returned to find a team replacing the fridge. They left a mess behind and simply left without cleaning up. Also bathroom and windows needs renovation
