The location was very convenient for my short stay, especially being close to Nottingham train station.

Friendly welcome, very helpful with arrival time after 11pm due to train delays etc.
Everything was perfect.

I agree with the review that says "you get what you pay for".
It's a clean family home very close to centre of town. Parking on drive way for one and free parking on roadside for many.
Hostess was nice.
The single room is literally bed, armchair and wall mounted TV. It is small. But then it's also very very cheap so not really a downside.
