The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. The room looks great, features a very large TV, a convenient kitchenette, and stays very quiet. Additionally, the host was always responsive and easy to communicate with.
The room was quite small, located on a high 3th(4th) floor. We noticed a dusty floor, some dishes were dirty, a lack of Wi-Fi instructions, and an uncomfortable shower without a full screen. On top of that, there was a strange, unpleasant smell of chemicals mixed with smoke.

Located in a quiet area, clean, with all necessary facilities
My personal suggestion would be adding a space for toiletries in the shower cube not to bend down while showering.

L’appartement est comfortable, propre et spacieux. Il est également facile de se garer dans la rue.

Furniture, huge TV, microwave, fridge, coffee, tea, heating, shower, everything seems new and clean.
Bed quality is really bad, we couldn´t really sleep. Also smell from cigarettes was coming from other rooms.
