Die Lage ist super, man hat Meerblick. Wohnung sehr groß über 2 Etagen verteilt, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Vermieterin sehr nett , Checkout konnte nach hinten verschoben werden da unser Flug erst Nachmittags ging. Gute Ausstattung, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Deutsche Fernsehsender vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Großer Supermarkt etwas entfernt (4-5 km)

Was ungünstig ist, ist die Parkplatz-Sache, da wir nicht täglich soweit laufen wollten, haben wir unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz abgestellt, der direkt vor der Anlage ist, dieser kostet aber 25 Euro/Tag, das ist natürlich sehr viel. Ansonsten müsste man im Ort schauen bzw. ins Parkhaus fahren, was aber ein Stück Fußweg ist. Im Wohnzimmer leider kein Couchtisch, nur ein Sofa. Der einzige Tisch steht im Wintergarten (Glastisch). Hier wäre eine kleine Ablage vor der Couch schön. Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegel im Bad war nicht zu finden. Deckenlicht aber natürlich vorhanden.

This was our first time coming to Costa Adeje and also our first time to do a self-catering holiday. The bungalow was ideal for my husband and I, plus our 16 year old son . The bungalow is really spacious and has all the facilities required to make sure you enjoy your stay. The washing machine was great and meant no holiday washing to come home to. 🙂The bungalow, pool area, and also around the complex are very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be booking to come again next year. The views are also amazing, and the bungalow is in great location with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by. Thank you for a great stay.

The location as I said is exceptional to everything especially as it is has no hills to get to it. The view from the balcony is amazing, though it is the bottom floor so the public are right in front of you. Access is easy, the pool area is spotless with heated pool and non heated, during level 3 only 37 beds are allowed out so you have to be early to get one, but in fairness if you leave your sun lounger for more than an hour, it is sterilezed and given out again. If this apartment was giving more attention to cleaning and replacement of some furniture it would be a prize place to stay.

This is from my wife I didnt not actually go here. There was three adults, two teenagers and one toddler. Although the location is exceptional the villa is not at all clean, it is in need of a deep thorough clean, it's not hard to find things that have not been cleaned in a long time, the sofa in the main sitting room needs a professional clean or replacement it smells quite badly, the bedding also not cleaned before we arrived, I had to also buy cleaning supplies as soon as we arrived in order to feel comfortable as there was nothing in order to clean it. It is not a two bedroom the second room has a pull out sofa that takes up the whole space and leaves little room for movement, the first bedroom is quite large with a large bed there us also a single bed behind what is the sliding doors to what I think is part of the outside area with another sliding door that cuts off as a small area into a bedroom, but nobody in my family would use it, as it was filthy.
