Perfect for quiet holiday.
Not too many screaming children.
Everything was good.
We just relaxed

The property itself, the location, the infinity pool area was great. The location of our room was perfect, with easy access to most meal locations, the infinity pool, and the parking garage, as well as the access to the beach area. But above all the staff! Very professional, service oriented and always with a smile and ready to help.
The water of the big pool was too warm. The quality of the food at the Italian Restaurant needs to be elevated.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Personnel au top et installations propres et en très état. Je recommande vivement.

The staff were all very friendly and hospitable.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise this was one of the several huge hotels along the costal parade of Meloneras. It took me a while to understand the route from reception to my room… down in one lift, then a short walk along a corridor, up in another lift or up some stairs. I’m a light sleeper and asked to change to another room as there was a lot of noise from the restaurant that was near. Fortunately I was able to change to a quieter part of the hotel from the 3rd night.
