Mistral Hotel

Jenny Nick and family have a beautiful hotel/ retreat a little way from the busy harbour seafront. A 5 star breakfast was served in their delightful courtyard. We loved our stay at the Mistral

The staff were extremely polite, the location was great, the breakfast was magnificent, beautifully home cooked produce from the owners husband a different menu each day I really appreciated the effort that was put in to the beautiful food provided.

The bathroom was a bit tired.....

Charmant hôtel, accueil très chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont incroyables. L’hôtel est très bien situé au calme mais proche du port, des restaurants. Nous avons passé un super séjour, encore merci aux patrons de l’hôtel ainsi qu’au personnel très agréables.

We first visited Hydra on a day trip in 2023 and loved it so much that we knew we wanted to come back for a longer stay. For our anniversary, we chose Mistral Hotel, and it was an excellent decision. From before we even arrived, Jenny, Nikolas, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They communicated with me throughout the planning process, answered all of my questions, and even helped arrange transportation from the airport to the port and from the port to the hotel. Nikolas also took the time to explain the island to us and recommend activities, places to explore, and things to do, which made our stay even better giving us a true local experience. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The family and staff were wonderful. You could really feel the care that went into everything. The location is perfect close to the port, peaceful, and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and many of Hydra’s main attractions. What really stood out was the hospitality. Mistral helped make our anniversary trip feel special, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Hydra. Highly recommended.
