Christine was so helpful and friendly... All of the staff was friendly. The facilities were excellent.The pool and the workout facility were perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere and avoid huge crowds
The room we had included a access door to the neighboring room... But we did not rent the neighboring room , and the door was very thin and allowed noise from the neighbors... However , they immediately moved us to another room without an adjoining door so they took care of the problem immediately

The breakfast is so good, and they have provided different dishes every day. Lots of foods, vegetables, fruits, drinks, delicious dessert which from Great Chef, even have sparkling wine if you want. Location is great. You could walk around 10 mins to Fira city center. You could also enjoy the beautiful view at walking. My room was facing the Caldera View. That was so amazing for seeing the Sunset and Sunrise. You have had your private area outside of your room. They also have Stream and Sauna service for free, that was in luxury service indeed. Also Fitness center, nice swinmming pool, playroom and so on. All employees are very helpful and courteous. I love alll....
