Proximity to the beach and everything else we wanted to do. Semi-Private patio with pool. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Very responsive owners!

Very nice location, quite, clean property. Supplied beach gear which was a very happy and much needed surprise. Anything we needed was found at the property. We love to stay again when we head back to town.
The rental property had very minor downsides. The only 2 that come to mind is the shower head and the door number. A detachable shower head would be helpful when trying to shower off the little ones. Delivery drivers had a hard time finding the door number because of how it is tucked away.
