Friendly and helpful owner. The location is all right, about 15-minute walk to the center. It was very clean and there was everything you needed.
It was a bit smelly when we entered, but opening the windows helped a bit. The bathroom is a bit oldschool, but everything worked fine.

Well decorated.
Self check-in room (contactless) and the location isn’t good.

Owners answered on my call and helped with check in, bedroom was nice and WiFi is good
We saw a dead cockroach in the kitchen, the water heater was off by default, the room smelled of smoke, and there was a big spider in the bathroom. No free bottle of water was provided, and overall the place felt uncomfortable. The entrance smelled of old cabbage, and the next door was slamming every 5 minutes.
