Owner behavior was good. Room, washroom, location, was good. Overall good experience

It's not dislike but add room heater will be a improve. There has no view from room.

Very centrally located, within walking distance of markets, mall, railway station etc. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and cosy. Our host was very helpful and generous with his time and his great knowledge of Darjeeling.

Emplacement en plein coeur de Darjeeling et suffisamment en retrait de la rue pour être au calme. Hôte hyper attentif et prevenant. Je suppose qu'il est difficile de trouver meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Malheureusement nous navons pas eu beau temps !

Central location, friendly host

You are locked inside the property at night. Romel locks you in behind thick metal gates with a padlock to which only he has the key. Good luck getting out in the event of a fire. If you wake up early and want to go for a walk at sunrise you can’t, you’re locked inside until Romel lets you out. Romel misled me by telling me I could flick some latches on the door to get out, but he didn’t say he locked the exit to the building as well which we couldn’t pass. They could least use a combination lock and give guests the code. Hot water takes 15 mins to heat up because the host doesn’t want you leave it on to save energy, but only last 2-3 minutes at a trickle. Would be a bit painful for two people Heaters not included in the price of the room. It was cold at night. The electricity is turned off when you take the key, so you can’t charge cameras etc while you’re out
