Clean and modern facility in a great location, easy walk to the train station.
Room could use shelving or at least a luggage rack; floor was the only place to put clothes or toiletries. Unlike a hotel, no facilities for storing luggage if you get to town early (although nearby recommended luggage storage worked out fine-about $20)

Convenient apartment hotel in a safe area close to the main train station ; nice kitchenette; comfortable bed ; quiet
I wished there would have been a larger table- or one table for eating, one table for working ; and a second chair; limited grocery facilities in the area

Modern, clean, decent sized, close to the train station but not on one of the sketchy streets
It was hot at night and the AC didn't work so it was hard to sleep. They only provided one pillow on a double bed - just provide 2 freaking pillows you cheapskates. Also the cleaning ladies knocked aggressively multiple times before checkout time, which I find super irritating.

The location near the main train station and the historical city center
The bathroom
Absence of electrical outlets in the kitchen. I had to put the boiler on the floor near another electric outlet and couldn't put it on the table because the cable was short
Absence of iron and related facilities
Absence of air freshener (I bought one and let it there for future users)
Absence of toilet cleaning products
Absence of dish drainer
Only a single kitchen towel provided
