We choose primarily for the location and the atmosphere of the hotel, which in reality matched everything we expected. The friendliness of our host, Stefania, is what we will remember first.

No lift so luggage had to be taken up stairs, could do with an iron in the room

There is no real towel ,instead they use something soft and fluffy like a rag as a towel. There is only one uncomfortable chair for two person. The lake view room has such a small window and you almost can't see the lake and the balcony is no chair and table.The breakfast is just for good looking pictures, the quality of food is terrible and one staff for the service is terrible.(They ofter fruit by a very small cup and only half cup.The second morning she just gave us one cup and I asked the other one then the service lady said I did not order last night. It is so rude and I never be treated like this in any hotel before......) you are hungry in and hungry and angry out.
