We had a great time this stay. Grandkids favorite part was the splash pad in the morning, and the splash pad before bed time. Everything was as it was listed, and clean. There wasn’t any sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. There is sufficient cookware and dinnerware. The bedroom with the double beds is hard and noisy. We made do with what we had. We definitely will be back!

Great view from the living room and master bedroom! Everything was clean. The management company was courteous and responsive. A few issues: the magnetic strip on the fridge door needs to be replaced asap. We had to keep a cooler in front to keep the door closed. The dryer didn’t work. It was unplugged and the knob was missing completely. They put an order in for ‘the part’ but it takes longer than we were staying to get it in. I assume that’s the knob but I don’t think that’s all it needs. The dryer really needs to be replaced. They did provide fresh towels to us since the dryer wasn’t working. The guest tub had a slow drain and they sent a maintenance guy out that day and fixed it. He was very nice. Another maintenance guy came out the next day to look over the fridge and dryer issues. He was also very nice. Check in and out was very easy. Limited parking in the basement available for extra . Like 85 instead of 55 you pay for parking. Great pool and super fun little splash pad my 2 yo enjoyed! Easy walk to the beach with places to rinse off, of course.

Beach view was wonderful and location convenient to everything

The location and building were great. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in the building and always enjoy the centra location. Our kids love the splash pad and pool and there is easy access to the beach. This particular unit was outdated and definitely needs some touch ups. The mattresses in the room with double beds were not very good quality. My 4 year old slept in there and luckily he is small and didn’t seems to notice. The biggest complaint is that we arrived for our 3:00 check in and the cleaning lady was still in the unit cleaning. She told us she was almost done but we proceeded to wait 30 more minutes outside the door with all of our carts and things. After re entering and checking on a time frame she told us we could put our things in the front rooms as she was done in there. As we were doing this, she abruptly left. She left without vacuuming the rug and I guess the carpets either because when I followed her out to ask she said there was no vacuum in the unit and she just left. I went to check and there was in fact a vacuum in the laundry room. So that was a disappointing start to our stay especially after a long travel day with kids. The management company was helpful and offered to send someone back to clean. I refused that at this point but they sent over complimentary gift cards for dinner. That was a nice gesture.
