Al Castello was charming. Situated on the Esplanade in Rapallo, with views over the sea and coastline as well as to the old castle. Clean, well appointed and very cosy. The main entrance was from a pedestrian street where there were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. It was also a very easy, flat walk to the station.

Perfect location close to everything, including the train station. Beautiful water views. Self contained with all you need. Appreciated beig able to do laundry with the available washer.

I booked for the view, the location. I booked along time ago.. when we arrived the building was covered with scaffolding… we couldn’t open one window at all and when standing on the beautiful view balcony..: scaffolding blocked view to the left and right. Glad we arrived Friday night and departed Monday morning… so no actual work was done during our visit.
The fact that we were not told about scaffolding.. or offered a chance to change my reservation.

The quality of the bed linen and towels was very poor
Check in was not great, we were met but they gentlemen didn’t have the keys and there weren’t any in the key box

"Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre-ville, et la superbe vue sur la mer au top 😊 Le confort de l’appartement n’est pas négligeable, il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel comme à la maison 👍
