The decor is modern and the location is great with easy access to Africa Mall and the highway. All of the staff members, from arrival to departure, were genuinely friendly, helpful, and lovely to deal with. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too; we didn't hear any of the usual banging doors or corridor noise that we often experience at other hotels.

Breakfast was okay fantastic and good. The location was fantastic especially that it was close to the Mall of Africa and close to the office, easy access to the office without any extra cost on transport. The gym was also very nice.
Dinner was pathetic and the time from ordering food till the time it was served was just too long. There is no way a lead time of over 1 hour just for food to be delivered from the time it was ordered. The waitresses had bad attitude and answering with vulgar language and getting upset at us, I mean, this was unacceptable. And the room service was pathetic. My room was not cleaned until I got back from work and had to request it been cleaned.
