Hyatt House Nashville Airport

Staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. the location was excellent.

The elevators were Out of order during our stay and we were on the fourth floor and the walk up after spending the day out bar hopping and walking for hours on Broadway were horrible.

Clean and nice

Breakfast wasn’t that good.

Excellent breakfast selection, very good beds, pool was clean and comfortable.

No hot tub.

The room was clean and the front counter staff were nice.

We were told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. To avoid returning our rental car early on the morning of our flight, we arranged with the front desk to drop the car off at the airport the day before and have the shuttle bring us back to the hotel. Instead, we waited more than an hour, breathing in car and bus fumes, and called the hotel three separate times to ask where the shuttle was. During that time, we watched shuttles from many other hotels come and go at least three times each, so traffic doesn't explain the delay. Because of this experience alone, we will probably go back to the Holiday Inn Express, where we have always had great stays.
