Hotel Olimp

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Everything was generally good. I would only suggest improving a few small details to make the stay even more comfortable.

I was not happy that they have three "emergency" key boxes on the front door, which all have the code 0000 and contain key cards that can open every room! After finding out they even open your door when you lock from inside, I felt unsafe. I don't think this is a good system. Maybe change the code, and tell the guest the code on the phone if needed? Otherwise it was a nice stay, even though the Hotel is kind of old, but that is what I expected. The breakfast is not great. The location is close to a supermarket but separated from downtown by a steep 15/20 min walk uphill / downhill.
