We stayed at Paradise Ocean for a week in January. The Flat was clean and being on the top floor we had a great view from the balcony. All utilities functioned and adequate.
The big problem was the fire hydrants throughout the building were out of order and looked as if they had been for some time. The fire extinguishers were installed but also looked neglected. There was no certification that the property had been checked for fire risked. We reported it to the host and although they got back to me they said they would phone me while I was there, this never happened. Another occupant of a different flat said we had to use the external stairs, which was a big ask considering we were on the top floor. I suspect other buildings in Los Christianos are similar.

The position of the apartment was amazing, Parking was also great, right under the apartment and with a gate! 11th flor and from the balcony you can see the sunset (which was amazing) and from the opposite side you can see the sunrise. Apartment was in the city center, area with many restaurants and supermarket. Mattress was confy. The host was nice and looked helpful eventhough he promise he would send information about what to see and never did.
The apartment was not clean at all, under the beds was a lot of dust and having a small baby was kind of an issue as she tries to put it in her mouth. Some of Kitchenware was dirty, some old that needed a change. Overall the place would need to be refurbished and honestly I do not understand 9,5 points for such an average place
